the third generation of Petersilka's to own The Mill. They take great pride in the
family's persistance for excellence in all of their food and beverage
services.

Shelly does all of the baking for The Mill and frequently hosts the main dining
room. Let her know how much you enjoyed her banana cream pie if you're
lucky enough to get a piece before we run out!
|
|
Don regularly
handles all of the mixology, tending The Mill's bar for before and
after dinner drinks.

Chef
Kim Flok |
Executive Chef for The Mill is Kim
Flok. Kim was a formerly
at the Mission Grille in
Sister Bay. He continues his high standard of
operation here at The Mill. We are most fortunate to have such
a high level of culinary competency at the helm of our kitchen. |
Our wait staff are some of the
friendliest in Door County. Most people say that one of the biggest
reasons they dine here is because we make them feel so "at home." From
left to right, three of our valued wait staff are Karen
Nowosel (started 1994), Karen
Nelson (started 1992) and Molly
Haberli (started 2003.) You're gonna love
'em, too!

Attention to detail is part of Heidi
Teich's job as assistant
chef. In addition to helping with prep work for your meal, Heidi brings
her attention to the final details of each plate of food that leaves our
kitchen. Your food looks wonderfully appetizing because Heidi is sooooo
good at her job!

detail is everywhere at The Mill which means every person working here
is a very important member of The
Mill's family.
One of our
newest staff members, Courtney
Lau was hired because she
fits in with The Mill's
philosophy of great attention to details.
When you sit down at your table, it's set perfectly becuase Courtney
